Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.
We may offer free shipping on orders over £500. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic Orders: 15-20 business days
- International Orders: 15- 30 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, if tracking is available for your shipment.
International Shipping

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, significantly delayed we are not responsible for that due to the carriers.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.
